These Programmes can be tailored to meet the needs of an organisation, for example by including that organisation’s leaders in the podcasts and learning programmes, or by drawing modules from each of the four programmes and blending them to meet the particular needs of that organisation.  The general model of the ten-month programme is that there is a Launch Workshop followed by monthly online learning modules and, if desired, weekly podcasts covering great books and papers and the key terms that are widely used in 21st century healthcare.
